This picture on the left is from our first date in Phx. (We had one date in Tucson, but no pic from that first date, just memories.) It was taken at South Mountain, where a few months later he proposed.
And the one on the upper right, is post proposal, at Katie's News Years Party. This is where our (brand spanking new) "tradition" of toasting with our 'special' green flutes that are in the pic started. This added with a New Years toast between just the two of us at the stroke of midnight and our"tradition" lasted a whooping 20 minutes before it careened to a devestating crash, which released a million pieces of green fluted glass and Verdi onto Katie's (really nice) tile floor. Thank god I had bought three flutes in my (occasional) wisdom! Katie, I am going to laugh at that the rest of my life! Thanks for the awesome memories!
It is almost official! We are just need to put down a deposit! Just a few more details and decisions and we are official!!!
Now days, it is all about going green. Daniel and I are inspired to use that philosophy for our wedding favors. This (hopefully) will be accomplished by using the wedding favors pictured above. They will come with our names and the date, and the best part, seeds to plant. There are plenty of seed choices too: Forget Me Nots, Lavendar, even Rose seeds. It is very exciting!
Party in the bride's dressing room, ladies! Here is where the wedding party and a few select other amazing chicas, are going to have champange and party it up pre-wedding style! Let the Verdi bubbly-sparkle, baby!
We have looked far and wide. Ok, we have looked for one day. Well, ok, we have look at three places that took most of a day...Well, from (late) breakfast until the early afternoon, we have looked.
